All competitors will follow NPC rules, guidelines and mandatory poses. The mandatory poses for Bodybuilding, Classic and Women’s Physique can be found on www.npcnewsonline.com in the ABOUT section under RULES.
PLEASE NOTE: There will NOT be a separate morning show and evening show at this event. Plan to perform your posing routine during your division’s session. There will be 3 separate sessions in which Judging and Award presentation will take place in a streamlined, single session. NPC Men’s Divisions will be Session 1 where prejudging and awards will take place between 9:00 – 11:30 am. All NPC Women’s Divisions will be judged and awarded during Session 3 between 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
NOTE: Athletes please make sure to inform your fans that they must purchase a ticket to the specific session for your division. Tickets to each session are sold separately, but a full day “combo” ticket can be purchased to attend all 3 sessions if preferred.
Exhibition of poor sportsmanship will be grounds for automatic disqualification. Previous Overall winners are eligible to compete if they need to re-qualify. No thongs are allowed in any division. If you think your suit is borderline, bring a 2nd suit.
